a commercial license is required if you intend to sell printed transfers, of any kind, using my digital artwork.

by purchasing and obtaining this commercial license, you are granted permission to sell an unlimited amount of transfers using my digital artwork. this commercial license allows printed transfers to be sold using all current and future digital artwork made by myself. this commercial license will not expire and is a one-time purchase.

⚡️YOU MAY NOT:

(a) sell my digital artwork in digital format, (b) use my digital artwork in part or in whole to create new digital artwork to sell, share or gift, (c) sell, share or gift my digital artwork with anyone who has not purchased my digital artwork, (d) share, sell or gift my digital artwork with supplies overseas or foreign to the United States of America for any purpose. 

⚡️YOU MAY:

(a) print & sell an unlimited amount of printed transfers using my digital artwork, if you obtain my a commercial license to my shop

this listing only includes a commercial license. my digital designs are not included with the purchase of a commercial license. all digital designs are sold separately. a commercial license does not permit the selling of my digital artwork in digital form, whether that be AS IS, in part or in whole (to create a new digital artwork to sell, share or gift) — digital sales using my digital artwork in any way, shape or form is NOT ALLOWED whatsoever. a commercial license is not required if you intend to sell completed, finished physical products using my digital artwork — example: tshirts, cups, bags, bows, etc.

🔥DELIVERY:

you will receive an order confirmation via email after purchasing this listing. please use the order confirmation (order #) as proof of purchase until you receive an email containing a commercial license with my shop name and the order number.
